Divorce and Sex in our 40's

What is it with sex in our 40's?  After being divorced/separated now for 4 years, I have had more orgasims in  those 4 years than I did for 17 years of marriage, I am not complaining by any means, because of course there are never any regrets, only gratitude. 

What were we doing as women in our 30's?  Raising kids, working and trying to be "super women"! Now we are single in our 40's and finding our sexuality, working and our kids are older.  While we are busy trying out "match.com" or singles.net, our kids are playing soccer, hockey or gymnastics. As women we still want to do it all, we want to make it to the game, but if a match happens to come up, well we did our part in our 30's, so now it is time to go out on a date and actually get "laid" if we want.  It is ok, yes of course we are having safe sex, but what a concept, dating in our 40's!  Back at it.  Remember saying, "oh I can't even imagine dating again", we hear it from other mothers, who of course are not having nearly as much sex or orgasims as we are.  Yes, dating again, how fun is that!  BECAUSE WE CAN!
